Grammar Tip

Remember to capitalize all proper nouns (people or place names), including any names of a supreme religious being. People of different religions worship God, Allah or Buddha. Mei-Ling, who is from China worships Buddha.

Victoria Film Festival is a yearly event where local theatres play obscure and indy films.

On Friday, we will go see "The Yes Men Fix the World", an American comedy about men pulling pranks on multi-national corporations.

We will meet at FCLI at 8:50pm to allow ample time to get tickets. Movie starts 9:30pm.

Skating with the Stars at Mayfair Mall

Mayfair has a skating rink on their rooftop for absolutely free! And on February 24th we are going! We will leave FCLI 5:00pm to get ready in time for skating.

*Skate rentals at Mayfair mall are limited! There is a chance that they will not have skates for you. If you want to be safe, you can rent skates at www.sportsrentbc.com
